About
Abdel Raouf Rattouli
A professional goalkeeper coach's perspective, built on a playing career in Tunisia's top division from 1991 to 2012, and a coaching path that has continued since 2014.

Professional Introduction
Raouf Rattouli's football career began in 1991 as a goalkeeper in Tunisia's top division, playing for Espérance Sportive de Tunis, Club Jendouba Sportif, Club Sportif Sfaxien and Olympique Béja. Since 2014, he has worked as a first goalkeeper coach for Tunisian sports unions, academies and professional clubs, and more recently for a club in Saudi Arabia and Stade Gabésien in Tunisia.
Coaching Identity
Raouf treats goalkeeper coaching as a structured discipline rather than a collection of drills. Every session is organized around four complementary pillars — technical, tactical, physical and mental — and follows the EASI method, a consistent process from warm-up to match-realistic play.
Areas of Expertise
The same four dimensions run through every stage of his coaching.
Technical
Handling, positioning and shot-stopping fundamentals.
Tactical
Game reading, anticipation and decision-making.
Physical
Explosiveness, coordination and mobility.
Mental
Focus, composure and pressure management.
Professional Background
A playing career in Tunisia's top division was followed by a coaching path through federations, academies and clubs in Tunisia and Saudi Arabia.
Qualifications
Raouf's coaching qualifications are confirmed by official CAF and Tunisian Football Federation documents: CAF C, Goalkeeper Coach Level 1, and Goalkeeper Coach Level 2.
- CAF C — Coaching License

Methodology
Every coaching relationship — individual, academy, or club — is built on the same four-pillar framework and the EASI session structure.
